All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and notify you.

3.3 Payment
We accept payment via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

3.4 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable sales taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with your purchase. Where required by law, applicable taxes will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

5. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Finix Wellness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer exchanges under the following conditions.

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be unopened and in original condition to be eligible for an exchange.
  • Opened or partially used products are not eligible for exchange.
  • Due to the nature of consumable health products, we reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the above criteria.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@finixwellness.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@finixwellness.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement product at no additional cost to you.

No Cash Refunds

Please note that we do not offer cash or card refunds. All approved cases are resolved through a replacement product only.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
